 Forms of Payment

All clients will be responsible for payment at the time of service except those using EAP.  

 

Payment Methods: 

MasterCard, Paypal, Visa,Discover, Credit, Debit,ect  Cards 

 

 

Self Pay: Please call for fee. Fee varies

  • By choosing not to use your insurance, we (you and the therapist) can take control over your therapy.  We can give you what you need with no arguments and no questions asked.   

  •  Don’t get me wrong, about 50% of our clients still use the in-network insurance (who can pass up a $20 co-pay), but the other % of our clients do choose the private pay route (Especially Couples) to avoid the issues such as unpaid coverage, huge deductibles, limits on treatment.  

  • Couples Therapy is self pay only. No insurance or EAP accepted.

Out of Network:

Superbill can be given for you to take to your  insurance to see if they will cover the cost.

Using insurance 

  • If you choose to use in-network services, We have no issue with taking insurance , we’ll be more than happy to get your services authorized and filed for you with no problem at all. We are required to issue a diagnosis. 

  • Please verify your health insurance coverage when you arrange your first visit.

  • Bring your insurance card to the first visit. Please update any insurance changes with your therapist as soon as the changes have been made.
